well after the rvf decide to shit itself again with electrical problems during my last track visit i'm totally pissed off with it and want to get rid of it asap.. ( just put new tires, chain and sprokets on it the day before Thumbs Down )
living in thailand there's not a huge supply of bikes but theres a local shop with a 929 blade for sale and other option is a '04 600 rr

I am considering the blade due to the fact that its way cheaper but wondering how suitable it is for the track opposed to the 600. (Its a pretty tight track) or should i just spend the extra money on the 600 ???????? cheers

Personally I'd prefer a 600 for track work, however either should be fine.

I'd still look for a scruffy old bike rather than a shiny-dealer bike. Surely there must be other bikes available somewhere?

The scruffy old bike was meant to be the RVF but its really pissing me off now as thats 2 track days that its let me down so its time to cut my losses and treat myself to something more reliable and some extra poke... Very Happy

Go for the 600 bro, will be the making of ya. I loved passing blades on my 600 on tight tracks. Very Happy
