I saw a JINLUN JL 125-11 '05 with wait for it............. 23,500 miles on the clock!!!!

Iv never seen a cheap import with more then 6000miles on the clock before haha.

It was pretty rusty for its age, but shows the engines cant be that bad.

Sure it didnt clock the miles while it was being driven over in the back of a van? Mr. Green

Hmm guess they do exist, but i bet for every one that gets to 23000 theres 50 who dont make it past 23!

Well the engines are usually blue prints of hondas, so they would last. It's the rest of the bike that doesn't because they're made of cheap shitty metal.

Considering just how suprised you are by this, I would say it shows the engines ARE that bad!! Laughing

Barker's right. Until you start seeing some real consistancy in how reliable Chinese bikes are, they will still be cheap shit with the occasional poster child.

Here in the US, some "good" Chinese bikes have American companies backing them, stocking parts and offering better warranties. The catch is that these bikes are the same price as the Japanese bikes.

That is a lot of miles for a chinese bike! I have a chinese 125, got just over 10,000 miles on the clock, I just went and looked, I can't actually believe I have done that many on it!
