So clearly it wasn't addressed to you. So why the need to come in?

Exactly my point, if something is for the attention of a particular person then the best thing to do is to PM it as that way it goes to them only.

FAO posts which should be PM'ed are nearly as crappy as people editting their post to say "double post, please delete/ignore" when they can delete it themselves.

BCF isn't too good for that anymore, its turned crap.

And it isn't knowing the forum inside out, its simple that if I want to message one person I message them rather than putting it on the public forums. Or if editing a double post ticking the box below the post that says "Delete this post" or clicking the https://www.bikechatforums.com/templates/standard/images/icon_delete.gif button (roll over of Delete this post) next to the edit button . Its not complicated; is it?
