Hi,

A few months back I took the pinlock insert off my visor, just to clean both of them.

Unfortunately since doing so, it hasn't fully stuck back to the main visor, sometimes its okay for a while.

But its at the bottom it just comes off and thus condensation builds
on the inside between the 2 layers.

I know the answer really buy another insert.

But is there something really obvious that i'm missing.

Today was the first day I rode without a pinlock and it was horrible,
it kept fogging up etc, I'd forgotten how bad it was. I was
concentrating more on my breathing than my riding.

Any ideas greately appreciated and I know this cold weather
doesn't help. It was -8 last night and going to work, it must have
been -4.

Fixed my old one, sooooo easy to do.

Thing is even in the new pinlock their is no instructions saying this.

Ahh well, the new one is the super biker type, so it will be better for the summer, when i'm flat on the tank.

As the top edge, did become a problem with the last pinlock, ie
you couldn't go totally flat on the tank as the ridge around the
pinlock got in the way.
