He has been a painter for about 25years, he started in the car trade, and moved into bikes about eight years ago painting custom bikes and choppers, he has been realy into airbrushing for a few years now (started as a hobby) and really impressed me when i saw this helmet, He did a chop for a bloke recently with the same paintwork (did his helmet at the same time) and it looked even better but he hasn't got any photos.

Needless to say my spare helmet has been stripped ready for a similar paintjob exept the deaths head moth is being replaced by a demon skull, Ill get some pics of that up when he does it, Its been based up in black at the minute and he reckons should take about two days when he's got time.

Something like the helmet above would be around £300, but he can do anything you like even match your helmet to the graphics on your bike which would be a lot cheaper than the fine detail stuff, he has even done a few race replica helmets for people

Pricing on a helmet or any paint job is all dependent on the complexity of the design, other airbrushers charge between £50 and £100 per skull or figure and price the job per figure and then price the background design seperatly, but in my dads case he will price a job as a whole and is resonable compared to most custom painters.

I remember speaking to a guy with a bandit about his bike, he had graveyard scenes painted on it with grimm reaper and skulls walking through a foggy graveyard, He told me that he was paying £10 per gravestone so he didn't have to many of them done.
