I'm after a tyre pump for the garage, I have been thinking about getting one for a while, today was the last straw 3 garages till I found one with a working air pump.

I figure with 6 bikes and 2 push bikes in the garage it has to be worth it. I was looking online but can't seem to find would that isn't 12v. I just want something to plug into a mains socket then go onto a tire valve. Does anybody know of a cheap one online?, I know I can get a 12v one for £8/9 on ebay.

The flex is made of that cheap shite that isn't flexible.

It stalls.

The built in removable pressure gauge is shite.

I think you need to spend about £50

KEEP THE RECIEPT TOO... Embarassed

Thats a non 12v one, probably not as cheap as you want, but I only looked quick and it has a seven quid discount.

Yeh the I took a landrover into three feet of swamp water and had to tow it out using a drill-rig. The landrover worked fine after that too. They are pretty reliable units.. Razz

I bought a cheap jump starter with built in pump from a motorway services a couple of years back. Only cost £30.

Its really really good, and has lasted well considering the price. It handles car and bike tyres, and I used it on G's van when Danny and I borrowed it. It inflated the van tyre from near flat to 50psi in around five mins.

It has a sticker on it saying not to use it for longer than 10 mins at a time, but I think unless I buy an articulated lorry or a monster truck, this won't be a problem.

Here is mine:

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.
