You'd need class B1 - which hasn't been automatically granted on a bike licence since the Safer Motorcycling Study.

Regular viewers will thank you for not setting me off on why everyone involved with that study is a cunt.

Buying one ready to run out the box is all well and fun, but here's what i was looking at building in Dubai https://www.prosandbox.com/

Funds didn't allow it in the end, and although they're fitted with sand paddle tyres it'd be easy enough to whack some different rims on there with road tyres. If you go down this route and have got quite a bit of spare cash https://www.sandbullet.com is also worth a visit as they stock a huge amount of parts for the buggies including steering racks, long travel suspension etc etc.

A friend in Dubai had built the two seater version with the five link Idependant Rear Suspension and dumped a Busa turbo'd lump in it. It wheelied quite happily and there's no feeling like seeing the front of your four wheelied toy clawing at the sky. Laughing I WILL build one one day Sad

Not sure if they're still actually running, but edge have some interesting designs:
https://www.git.com.au/~theedge/

Not sure there's much call for them in the UK, in the US, Aus etc where's there's lots of big open country side I can see it being quite interesting.

I've always liked the idea of some how building in seriously adjustable travel suspension; so you can change it from uber-track vehicle to serious off road tool, ideally with the push of a button, 'cos I'm lazy Smile.
