Basically, I crashed my divvy on sunday morning on the way to work not much damage done, only needs a healight, speedo, rear brake lever and handlebars to go back on the road. But since its off the road I might as well tidy it up a bit.

Then I got bored and started messing around with the speedo and knocked 45 thousand miles off of it Smile

Also considering getting the old race exhaust off my zx4 welded onto my downpipes as the nexxus exhaust is really badly scratched and whisper quiet anyway

And thats as far as I got. At the moment planning to get bandit style speedo. Twin headlights. Get some renthal bars and general polishing and cleaning since its off the road anyway.
Any recomendations as to what to do would be great as I'm incredibly boring and unimaginative.

Suspention is probably the best way to spend money on it.

I always thought they looked better naked:

Single headlight and Renthals will make it look slightly meaner but at the end of the day it's always going to be a divvy. They're great for what they are but I wouldn't go spending loads of money on it, save the money you would of spent on tarting it up and put it towards a new bike.

If you really want to spend money on it then I bet at that mileage the rear shock will be ready for an update and as chris-red said, maybe send the forks off to have them properly set up for your weight.
