For anyone who's not seen the thraeds on this site here's the story so far.....

https://www.hawkgtforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=6516

So all that was left was the pipe to finish the bike, hadn't planned to do it today but I found myself with a spare 20 mins so I got cracking.

Should look awesome when it's done, originally I thought I'd have to piss about making something from scratch but fortunately I went round to see my mate one day and after a quick rummage in his shed he pulled out this old fucked motad, TOP BLOKE!, it's had the headers sawn off but we should be able to botch something out of it.

First off I chopped it into 3 bits

https://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g9/vincentnotts/Pipe/2.jpg

I'm going to chuck the middle bit and weld the other two bits together to make a shorter pipe, it'll be at a steep angle eventually but lets not worry about that just yet.

Heres the inside of the cone shape bit, it has a long tube in it with no holes in the sides which stops abpout an inch or two from the end of the cone, its a traight through pipe so you can see right through it.

This is the end of the small bit

Now I've gotta work out how to do a baffle to get the noise down, I want it M.O.T passable as I'm too f#cking lazy to keep swapping it about.

Weld a plate over the hole to make it smaller every time you're getting the MOT then just cut it off when you get home.

Buy a removalable baffle off ebay and shove it in for the M.O.T and then take it out afterwards. It only needs one screw whole to be fitted Thumbs Up
