Well.. ive been riding for 2 years and 7 months, ive done a lot of stuff in that time at high speeds and have never fallen off until about 40 minutes ago, and I was doing around 15 mph!! Embarassed

I had just left the football ground after a win (5-4) from the ground to the main road is a long dark country lane with about 5 speed bumps along it, I pull off and within 6 seconds my bike hits me in the back and I fly at least 10 meters along the road (How the hell??) Whilst I was sliding along the floor my gloves seemed to come off my hands as they were beside me so the road grabbed them and took em (Serves me right for never doing the straps up) The pitch is 5mins from my house so I don't wear my leather bottoms, just normal jeans, which are now shredded. I was wearing boots gloves jacket and helmet.

After it I was like wtf? I got straight up and went to lift bike up and inspect just what happened.

On the corner was pure muddydust that I must have slid on, then I looked in the direction I slid and all I could see was the remains of my lovely red paint work.

I was shook up at the time and thought "fuck this I aint leaving it here." so I rode home with dodgey beaten up lights, stuck in first gear and the centre stand rubbing into my rear wheel.

Now im home and undressed & im hurting like a bitch, my left hand is is cut up nicely and my left knee cap is screwed. I can't walk very well at the moment but im sure that will soon sort its self out.

How embarrassing, from seeing this damage at like 20mph, I dread to think how id look/feel if I had been on the motorway. Sick

Bike can be repaired easily enough about £150 quids worth of bits off ebay Thumbs Up , just pissed it's a streetfighter so all frames and parts are scratched badly.

I feel for those guys who have bad offs, Mine wasnt and im hurting alot.

Well..I was bored and everyone else writes up their crashes so I thought I would too, even tho it's crap!

You broke your cherry!

At least it wasn't fast, and it will teach you that you can come off. If it hurts like this at 15mph, makes you more careful about riding when your doing 50.

Hope you and the bike heal quickly.
