Good grief.

I've never seen so much of it. Slicks a mile long, splattered over every road surface like a baby with a bad case of the shits. At one point I thought I was going to lose it coming round a corner when the back end stepped out.

On the plus side, it came in really handy for loads of countersteering practise.

I'd also like to doff my hat to the idiot in the brand-new K1200 who thought that's it's ok to try to brake hard with your tyres straddling the white line. Saved by his ABS, and not a lot else.

Take it easy out there.

Someones overfilled their tank, either car or a truck. At work when I get my truck it's often filled right to the very brim of the tank, and when you consider the tank is 300 litres the extra 2 or 3 litres really isn't worth the risk. As I usually know who gets out of the truck before I have it I find it's always a polish driver that's brimmed the tank, must be the done thing over there.
