Hi all,

I had a busy day in the garage and knocked up this moto gp style exhaust for my NSR 125.

My son done the tig welding, and I cut and shaped all the stainless out of old scrap metal we had in the garage.

Myke.

That looks exceptional for something you just "knocked up"! Are there no issues with the whole 2 stroke/exhaust stuff?

All the work is done in the expansion chamber on the 2 strokes.

And any chance of a sound clip dude?

Looks damn cool!

When I can figure out how to do it, I'll ask one of my kids how to do it, and I'll post it tomorrow. ( It's a bit late to be making noise).

It does sound so much better than the arrow can that was on it before.

It is a deeper note, not ''tinny'' like some 2 strokes.

Looks top that does mate! Love one on my NSR..

I doubt it'd make any difference to the 2 stroke sound wave jargon as the modified section is after the "cones" on the expansion chamber?

I was unsure about the guard myself, but the pipe looked tiny coming out from the expansion chamber, so I just tacked 2 nuts on to the exhaust to get a look at it.

The idea was just bulk it out a bit.

can soon grind them off!!! So no real sweat.

Thumbs Up

A quick plug chop after giving it a good thrashing will show up any problems with the mixture, I'm pretty sure you need to re-jet after fitting an arrow exhaust but then this bike already had one.

I'd be interested to hear what it sounds like.
