Following up on my problem (bike makes a rattling noise at around 5k revs but only when it's warm) I'm think it's the cam chain tensioner looking at similar posts on this forum and others.

Does anyone know where this is on the TZR?

Also, once I get at it do I clean it, replace it, etc.?

Embarassed Bloody 'ell, thought I'd found the problem. It ain't supposed to rattle like this. Runs fine for bout 15 minutes then really crap.

after 15min????? thats quite a long time and i would have thought everything would have warmed up before then? and i think that it wouldnt be any good at all if the rings were gone/going let alone starting..

But then myn ant to great at the mo as i can see the spark coming off the top of my plug cap at the mo so i'm probly not the best mechanic Smile
