Well today on the way back from school my little bro and his mate got jumped by a group of chavs.

And basically got the sh!t kicked into them. My bro is in a bad way pretty bust up. Hes a little guy but he still tried fighting back but when its you vs 4 people and your chances ain't very good.

Now the reason they jumped him is cause they wanted rolling papers Rolling Eyes

The ages of them varied from 18 - 21 as I know one of them from when I was in school.

Now the police were phoned at about 4.00pm when he manged to get home. And they still have not responded even though they have a description and names.

Their excuse, its a Firday night.....

Hang on, it was 4 when you got the call and its only now coming up 7pm. And you can't spare an officer or 2 to look for these people who beat on 16 year old kids. How the hell is it already to busy to at least speak to my little bro.

Fvcked up to say the least.

If I was back I would be looking for them with a few mates and my bike chain Drooling and I bet the min I beat them I would be in cuffs. And I assure you once back, I will give them a kicking.

I hate bad mouthing the UK police but useless doesn't cover it. Thumbs Down

Doesn't even need to be a gun. A knife is usually enough to get them out looking.

Same sort of thing last time I was in a police cell and some lads were outside my house threatening to kill my missus.

Police couldn't come Rolling Eyes .

Reason I was in a cell, I had a heated dispute with a neighbour, the police were there within 20 mins for me, having an argument.

Threats to kill, they said.......Have they actually done anything to you though?

Ridiculous.

You are all being too hard on the Bois in Bloo.
Our police do a sterling job directing traffic and escorting crims to court. Rolling Eyes

Ok, why was I arrested after having a row with my neighbour?

No one said shit but him, knocked on my door asked my name and nicked me.

What evidence was there Colin?

Yet a woman on her own calls the police after her life has been threatened by some coked up fucking scallies and they cant come.

My parents had a delinquent threatening to brick their windows on Sunday at 12 noon. Police where called. They arrive at 9.45pm! Only took them 9 hours and 45 mins. Rolling Eyes

My neighbor called them on me cause I asked her to stop kicking the ball against my house they where there in 5 mins?? Confused

We have one police car petrolling here apparently and most the time when the chavs start on local business's also they dont turn up. The chavs win.

Will be years before thats sorted now and they will probably loose the photos,. take some yourself on a 35mm camera for back up proof.

Also go to victum support they may not be able to get who done it but you can claim.

My oh was near beaten to death a few years ago trying to protect his disabled brother from nasty hooligans who threw him out of his wheel chair. They where not brought to justice he got about £3000 from victum support. But was left with a metal plate under his eye, on life support and badly scared, hence his name scarface. Thumbs Up We know who done it, police where useless.

Took them 3 weeks to get a statement from me. And, there's still a statement they haven't taken from an incident early last year. Given up on them, if you need anything doing, do it yourself. Unless you want locking up, then just call a foreigner a name.

My mate had his jaw fractured and skull dented in an unprovoked attack by eight drunks last year. The ringleader was arrested after my mate and a witness barracked the police to attend for over 20 minutes. They then failed to take his statement, despite multiple broken promises to call him back and arrange a time, and also failed to collect CCTV footage that clearly showed the IDs of the thugs (I've seen it).

But they're dead efficient at issuing tickets for motoring offences, like having a small plate or doing 40 in a 30.

And they wonder why the broad majority of the public hold them in abject contempt and have very little time for them.

Guy I used to work with was out one saturday night waiting on a taxi at around 2am when he was confronted and threatened by 5 men. He tried to get the first punch in but was smacked in the back of the head with a glass bottle and had the shit kicked out of him.

It was all caught on CCTV, they knew everyone who was involved and had enough evidence of him throwing the first punch to land him with an assault charge and a £400 fine.

I have been lucky in Blackpool, my ex used to come round threatening and if I called the police they were here within 2 minutes, my ex cuffed & carted off to appear in court next day.
Of course, court ,different story, Nick my ex was bailed, not to come within 100metres of me or mine, he immediately breached bail, police caught him, back in court that afternoon, bail granted! He came to my house immediately & police arrested him, back in court next morning - guess what - bail granted. WTF

Eventually the courts decided to lock him up when he beat me & threatened rape, they smiled when Nick told them that to be raped was my fantasy!!

So I have only praise for my local coppers, but magistrates on the whole are a**eholes

If you get a decent solicitor you would get a short custodial sentence for manslaughter.

Going along this A-road on the way to Leeds. Police closed the road directing traffic back. Women stops and says to us that the diversion is blocked and that there has been crash. But we might be able to get past. (Something like that)

Great, me and my Dad continue down the A-road on the bikes and come to the crash (overturned tractor (open top tractor too!) blocking the road). The police come across and have a go at us for riding past the police road block. All shirty with us. We explain that the police lady at the top sent us down, police officer tells us, he'd been radioed that two motorbikes had just ridden past the lady at the top.

FFS, we go back up to the top. Ask the police what she was playing at. She said she meant for us to go down the diversion no the main road.

Bah, that is the first time the police have let me down. Other than that they been pretty good.

Any coppers on here to give their (general) opinion? I have a feeling that 'high up' bureaucracy and pressure to meet targets leads to coppers hands being tied and 'easily closed' cases (speeding tickets etc) being favoured. Thinking

Granted SOME cops are total knob rashes, but are we perhaps too quick to shoot the messengers here? Opinions?

Of course we are. Not only is this bikechatforums, it is also Current Affairs, where any ounce of rational thinking is non existant. Wink

My turn to bitch at the fuzz!

A year or so ago i was set on by a group of chavs, they said i looked at the in a dodgey way so was a perfect excuse to start a fight. Now i may look skinny and defenseless but looks are decieving, I have a black belt in hapkido... anyway back to the story... one of them threw a punch which was easily evaded. The next thing I know I see another heading towards me at my right hand side. So I do what I'm trained to, side kick to the ribs, reverse catch wristlock and a hard slam to the floor. His mates start closing in, in a feeble attempt to regain control of the situation, so i go back towards the guy i just put down and place him in a suitable armlock and apply a fair amount of pressure (enough to get him to shout) and tell them to back off, they keep advancing so i apply steadily more pressure (resulting in louder shrieks of pain from my "victim") to the point where they close enough to hit me, where upon a pedestrian runs across shouting!

The kind fellow (whose name i never got) phones the police for an attempted assault, and to their credit they arrive in 5 minutes and arrest ... ME!

Apparently they were watching the confrontation on cctv, which is why they arrived so fast. There is a large bruise and a dislocated shoulder on the guy i used as leverage to keep his mates at bay and not the smallest speck of dust on me, so i get off with a caution for "unnecessary force" and it noted on my record for 6 months!

Tossers!
