...Straight to the point!

When i decide to go all out on a straight and i give it some Razz The DRZ seem to splutter (im not just pinning the throttle down immediately).

The bikes acceleration seems to come in bits (rushes) then just it loses its power and so-on:

What I've done/checked:

Sun Fuel Line (nothing wrong with it)
Sun Air Filter (cleaned)
Sun Fuel (given it a long run and then filled up and done this a few times so its not dodgy petrol) Question

I am abit stumped tbh. It could be the restricter kit, but i don't think that would affect the speed so low down (50mph is where it starts)

Any Help would be greatful!! Thumbs Up

Could this be due to the valve clearance or spark plug.

The spark plug is a bit of a pain to get to so will have to get the tool to get it out (its low down and i cant anything low enough (frame stops me from getting to it with standard tools)!!

hi, i've just replaced my drz with a new plug, i took the rocker cover of which will give you a lot more room, just disconnect the two pipes on the top, ( you dont need to drain anything and you dont need any fancy tools ) then undo the three allan key bolts and of it comes...
hope this is helpfull
