Under where it says how much your using in your profile theres a link to the user attachment control panel.

I think 'attachbox' may be another word for your 'message box', tho I could be wrong

Still took ages to find it though

Didn't realise it was in the public profile section. Is there no other way to get to it other than finding one of your own posts first ?
