to do my CBT !
It p*ssed it down pretty much all day. Then around 11 the wind got up to add to the misery.
Fortunately for me i spent most of the time in the dry as i could ride a bike already and was using the 500 as an evaluation for my test.
The other poor sods one of which was only wearing jeans and trainers were soaked and looked more like they were training to scuba dive 
My advice for what its worth....Beg, Borrow or Steal some kit if you are planning to do it. Especially if the weathers crap or it will be a horrible day.

My place gave me kit, I had the opposite problem, sweating on a sunny day in a shop full of gear lol.
