The 2006/7 basic account for the scamera partnerships are now online:-

So you can see how many NIPs and FPNs were issued, and how much was wasted in staff costs (North Wales spent over £2m in staff costs).

Looks like alot are not making a profit except North Wales. So you can bet over the next term the screws will be turned up for more fines.

Herts made a 48k profit if I'm reading it right.

1.3million on staff costs!

I'm struggling to find any that have made a loss, most are making profits.....

EDIT- Warwickshire made a loss.
