Has bought my car for 390 quid.

He has three feedback, one good and two saying "avoid, timewaster does not complete" and so on.

I have tried his mobile number and it says wrong number.

So I have offered it to the bloke behind him for 360.

Am I legally wrong to do that?

Cheers

Andy

I'd say your right, after all if he has supplied a 'duff' number then 'what else' is dodgy about this buyer?
Go for it, I would if I were you. Thumbs Up

EDIT: You'll only get a negative feedback at most.

No its fine.. If eBay says anything.. Just reply with saying the guy was a genuine time waster and you wanted the car gone asap. Smile

Thumbs Up

Well ebay wont do anything about it. They'll charge you commision on the sale regardless of whether you get paid by the winning bidder or not. If you decide to sell to someone else they wont do a thing about it.
