Honda H100 suspension fluid... how much?

Right sorting the H100 now im at home from uni. So i thought id start at the front and work back. A problem we ave been having with it is the soft front suspension so i dismantled it and drained the old fluid out. Went to go and look at the aynes manual only to realise i had left it at uni. So does anyone know how much oil is needed in each fork i bought some 10 weight suspension fluid. Any help would be much appriciated. Cheers
