Well as the title suggests, im feeling down.
I've felt like this for a while. All i seem to do is:-
Eat
Sleep
Smoke
And work
I've tried to get out of the cycle but I can't. After loads of failed relationships for the above reasons. I find myself getting worse. I drink to feel remotely happy and work to drink. I find myself going out on my bike just to scare myself. I don't feel human anymore. I know that I need help but i'm scared about getting it!
Please give advice. As I know I need it.

1/ Don't drink so much; it is a depressant drug. Makes you feel OK in the short term deepens the spiral in teh long - vicious circle. Drink makes you feel better though it is making you worse, so you drink more.

2/ Get a grip.

3/ Count your blessings.

Stop drinking, I was at the wrong end of a bottle for about a year.
Causing grief for me, my missus and friends but I learned about that a while ago.

Makes it worse, it doesn't block anything out it just makes shit worse as your always skint.

Man up and deal with your problems head on.



May sound harsh but its not a dig, its the truth, no one is going to sort your life out for you, I have slowly learned this growing up.

YOU need to take control of YOUR life.

Either way, As Guv said(I've seen a few people go through it, and the more you leave it, the worse it get's).
