Can you get a video of the problem? Can you isolate the noise source?

I'm thinking it "could" be the clutch? The plates maybe rattling in the baskets and maybe that's the noise you're getting. Does it jump out of gear when you rag it in first and 2nd?

The camchain should make more of a thonking sort of noise coming from the right hand side if it needs a new tensioner. It will rise and fall with revs so it's probably not that.

Look for smoke when you ride too as that may indicate valves/seals/piston rings.

We all know that kwaks all have rattly clutches!

keep it in in neutral at a stand still an slowly pull the clutch in until u mite hear a rattly sound from the clutch area, if this is the sound ur hearing then its just the bearing (possibly thrust beaing, im no mechanic!) but is so its not alot to worry aobut

Instead of a new post ill add to this.
I have , I think the same problem.
Noticed couple of days ago its not sounding like it used to.
When revving theres a rattle, on the right side of the bike just under the tank - I think anyway.
Its not metal to metal more like something is loose.
When I pick up speed something below seems to 'run' faster and then 'slower' when I slow down. Didnt do it before
Also, if im in 1st/2nd and I hit a bump it will sometimes flick back into neatual and rev like mad.

Cam chain ?

Sparks is taking a look tommorow tho, but any other advice. Confused
