whats are the best ways off running in a new piston and rings on a 2 stroke engine.

Theres alot of controversy over this subject, some people have read the blokes site who says just ride it hard an the piston rings will seal better and last alot longer an perform so much better. Normally you just ride it nice and low down in the rev range, PM BlueX5, hes a 2t nut. Thumbs Up

A bit of 2T oil added to the petrol tank will do no harm.

But what about revs? Ride as normal? Hard and Brutal, or Nice and calm only using up to about quater throttle?
