Hi all,

I recently bought a Hongdou Classic which seemed to be running fine until yesterday when i decided to take it on a long ride.

My indicators were working fine at first ( i know this as there are lots of roundabouts where i live and i could hear the intermittent beeps as i indicated and could see the flashing in the reflection of cars)

However, when i got home i checked my bike and noticed that the intermittent beeping has now turned into a long beeeeeeep when i indicate and my indicators no longer flash, not even when hazards are on.

So i asked around and people have suggested that it might be my flasher relay... Being new to bikes i have no idea where this is on my bike (which is a copy of a Honda CM125)...

Any ideas anyone??

Thanks

Dave

Always check the bulbs and fuses first. Unfortunately Chinese bikes are well know for really dodgy wiring so it could be any of a multitude of problems.

Thanks for the reply..

I have checked all of my indicator bulbs, and as far as i know there is only one fuse which is the main for all the electrics which seems a bit silly...

I have yet to get some WD40 so i can undo the bolts that hold my seat on, as they have rusted Sad

Thanks
