I hate the CBR125 and those that ride them nearly as much as I hate the new 250 Ninja.

Between those two you have the absolute worst bikes of the past 15 years, yet they are strangely popular because most young folk that buy bikes these days should actually be taking a razor and cutting themselves. Just think - no more worrying about cutting down baffles and telling lies on teh interweb. In fact no more worrying at all.

I don't get what there is to mock, 100mph (eventually) is feasable from a CBR125, you just need a mineshaft deep enough.

75/ 80 mph at a push. Although ive seen 93 mph on the clocks head on the tank over Holmfirth pass rofl. It sounded like it was going to explode.

They wouldnt do 100 mph unless you threw um off Snowdon.

Gaz from this forum has a TZR125. I rode it home for him when he bought it as he had no cbt/insurance.

And I got clocked by Dam_buster in his 306 at give or take 90mph.

Doubt HIGHLY a CBR125 will do anything over a true 70mph. I had an XL125. Same engine pretty much, And a hell of a lot less bike/fairings/electrics to move. And that did an indicated 65mph.
