A grandmother from Merseyside has applied for planning permission to demolish the home of Tesco chief executive Sir Terry Leahy.

Dot Reid is retaliating against plans to bulldoze her home and 71 others in Kirkby, to make way for Everton's new stadium and a Tesco supermarket.

Get into them Gran. Smile

Good on her, Knowsley council are a bunch of dead heads, remember Derek Hatton? well alot are the same as he was. Knock good things down to waste money on crap ill thought out projects.
They even built a ski slope the wrong way round so you ended up on the motorway. Costs thousands every year on daft projects.
The Everton ground should stay where it has been for years. Most supporters of everton don't want it either. As for the jobs, none will be over 20 hours a week and most will be cut back within 12 months. Utter crap.
