I'm doing my DAS in two weeks time, so that I can get a 600 and go on a bike tour through Europe before I start work.

How soon after passing my DAS am I legally allowed to ride my bike in Europe? Do I have to wait for my new driving license with the appropriate categories? I have had a car license for nearly 3 years and am 21.

That's what I was thinking. The only thing that crossed my mind, was that when riding across foreign countries do you have to carry proof of your entitlement to ride a motorbike?

Yes. Technically you have to do here, but you get 'left off' with a producer.
