Bike Hire in the North

Firstly I apologise if not in the correct forum but Its a general enquiry with touring undertones so I figured here would be ok.

I'm touring France in July with 7 other mates. Girlfriend is coming pillion. The problem is, I have a Daytona 600. The position for the pillion is like most supersports, cramped.

I'm now starting to think it may be better to hire a bike more suited to touring. Problem is I cannot find any bike hire companies close to myself in Leeds.

Anyone know of any? Thanks in advance.

You can get a BMW 1200 for the princely sum of £120 a day,

Or one of those GS1150 for £95 a day,

both from Williams BMW, in Manchester , I'd have thought buying an old VFR using it selling it when you get back'll be cheaper
