I have a Blue Flame carbon twin port. Remove the baffles and it will be illegal and won't pass MOT, but will sound 10 times better. If you drill the bottom plug it will have the same effect as removing it. Most of the silencing comes from the top port baffle anyway I think.

I have been pulled loads of times and the plod have never taken much notice of the can. One just asked me if it was legal and I said "yeah". Job done! Mr. Green

I'd just remove it if I were you, then it can easily be refitted when MOT time comes round.

Thumbs Up
