They're both run with New Era, which is more northen.
You can get a half-decent curvey minitwin from around £1500.
Ok, you want ultra-budget... £150 or so on suspension (GSXR rear shock, 2nd hand spings + damping unit), 2nd hand set of WOW £225 (talk to me ).
Belly pan - home made.
A big roll of gaffatape.
I would definitely reccomend tyre warmers if you can - try and find someone friendly to blag power off. |

Is it it North Glochester that has the slow Minitwin chmpionship, thats the one I'd do
If your just planning on doing a few races you cant go wrong with minitwins as the standard is very varied through the pack, you can pick up a minitwin race bike relatively cheaply and you know that it should be easy to sell on afterwards.
Oh one last thing, can I borrow it for the weekends you arn't racing
