Evil or Very Mad

I've not got my documents with me but I need to change some details on my policy.

The number on their website takes me through to A quote insurance and neither th quote team or customer service have my details on record.

When I call the customer service number shown on their web site I get an answering machine, both just and at 1pm.

Anyone got any numbers for this company other than...

08000 890891 quotes

0870 225 8208 customer service

From the website https://www.thebikeinsurer.co.uk/cheap-motorbike-insurance/

The number you are trying is a fax machine Smile

Typo, I was using 8207, goes to an answer machine, of which I left a message on angrily telling them I need them.

Ring the people your policy is with. The bike insurer is just an intermediary.
