Been getting grubby in the garage Smile

Sorry for the poor quality, photos taken on phone

Started with a basic service of the F1 ninja, oil change, oil filter, air filter, tightened chain up.

Then to finally tackle that wrecked ninja and get the engine lump out!

I haven't bothered buying a front headstock stand / wheel spindles to get the wheel off properly so opted to cut the forks off with a hacksaw lol

forks cut through Smile

Razz

You can TRY to break the engine up for spares. The reason I say that was that when my engine went, I paid 250 for a 6000 miler! You can easily get £40 for each casing and with the rest, send it to the scrapper? I think binge managed to get 40 quid for his wrecked VFR engine in terms of scrap value.

Haven't updated much yet, rear wheels are on. All that needs doing is forks welded on, some re-enforcing of the axle and an engine/drive chain sorting.
