Restricting to 33bhp.....

well when i get my full licence im going to get a 450 and was just woundering how i can restrict it to 33bhp?

but i want it the restriction to be removeable for when i want to go to tracks etc. is there some form or washer for the carb or exhaust?

Any restrictor can be taken out, but can take time.

With regards to tracks, some wont let you whilst your in your 2 years.
