hey well I got a run down bike for a project for when I turn 16, I have got a sports exhaust but when puting it on do I need to take a variator washer off? just that some one said somthing about it at my school.

one more question rollers I have no idea what gram to put in my bike and I would like it to pull up hills too so if some one could recomend a certain gram that would be good thanks.

By the way my bike is a suzuki ap50 1997.

here is the exhaust

the heaver the roller weight the lower the revs, the lighter the weight the higher the revs, but remeber to many revs can lead to a loss in peak power just as to little revs can also give a loss in power,

The variator washer is behind the cover that is on the left hand-side of the bike. All it is doing is restricting the pullies from coming together fully.

You do not need to take it out but it if you do it will make your scooter faster.

If you are changing the rollers anyway you can take it out when you are doing that Thumbs Up
