Can you get done going through a speed camera head on? Has been bugging me for ages!

Yes but that was probably because they already knew what he looked like. This article says "it reads number plates from the front so won’t catch motorbikes"

in a one off situation i think you'd get off with a forward facing camera but do it repeatidly and they'll track you down

Done it in the car a few times, and its flashed, nothing has come through yet though.

proper forward facing cameras dont flash they glow red.

a standard rear facing gatso wont get you done, even in a car, if you drive towards it over the limit
