CBR600FP 1993 Clutch

Hi all

I've got to replace my clutch plates and after trawling for hours and going temporarily blind from microfiche am still stuck.

As above its a 1993 CBR600 FP or US F2.

Can anyone tell me if i'll need to remove the lock nut to replace the plates ?

Some people have said yes others no so if anyone has done this before on a similar model please put me out of my misery.

You will just need to remove the 5 or 6? bolts that hold the inner part of the bascket on like below. (forgive the crap pick I found it on Google)
