If its restricted de restrict it. Pretty sure its just a tiny washer on the 4strokes,my cousins was anyway (not same model scoot as yours though). Should give you a couple more mph,dont expect much though,after all its a 4 stroke 50cc. Good luck.  |

There's something definately wrong with that.
If it has a restriction I doubt removing it is going to make it any faster as it seems you have a genuine problem.
Could be there isn't enough petrol getting into the engine, CDI is restricting it, low compression.
Best advice I could give you is either get a bus to your new job, buy a recognised make of a scooter or put up with the 20mph just so you can get to work while looking for something that will run properly  |

Take it back to where you bought it and demand that it is repaired as it is clearly not fit for purpose. If the repair that is made is not satisfactory then demand a refund. Any dealer will have to take a bike back off you if it is not fit for purpose unless you accept a repair. ____________________ Current bike: VTR1000F Firestorm.
