Finally got my new end can & was told its just a case of unscrewing the stock exhaust and screwing on the new one.

Does anyone know for definate if the bike would need re-jetting? Also how would you know?

Any help if much appreciated.

What bike and what can?

Some you can get away without re-jetting, others you can't. The bike will pretty much always benefit from a proper dyno setup, but you may not actually need one if you're not wanting to spend the money.

My dad fitted just an end can to his RF600 and he never re-jetted it and it ran fine up until the day he sold it.

Given that it's just the can you're changing, I'd have thought you'd get away without rejetting.

Having said that, it's a fairly highly tuned two stroke. Have you tried sending tyga an email to see what they recommend?
