On my Blue Flame they are just held in with circlips. If you don't have a circlip remover a pair of long nose pliers will do the job.

A picture would help?

On some they're riveted on, so you'd have to drill out the rivet and just replace it with a nut and bolt which is another suggestion. Shouldn't really be that difficult. If it's secured using a nut and bolt, that's as easy a job as anything.

could be corroded to fuck though...
RXS100_chris gave me a hand putting the baffle from my old zorst into my new one on my RXS100, ended up having to split the zorst down the middle and sort of scoop it out with hammers, chisels and pliars!
