Can't see a problem really. If anyone nicks my bike or car I would want that to be done to them.
Did anyone watch the documentary on prisons in Brazil, Peru, Mexico ? Now they would be a deterrent. None of this human rights where is my DVD/Wii crap. Inmates ran the prisons, if you fucked up you died.
