You know we get the questions about the comfy bike, fastest bike and so on,,,
I would like the know in GBP what is the most expensive bike you have seen of heard of and what is the most you have or would pay for a bike.
Think about that one

Don't know what the most expensive is.

Most I've paid is £8,000 back in 97 for my Pan.

I'd probably pay up to £12,000

there was an NR750 for sale on ebay or autotrader a while ago for £38,000, not bad for a 10 year old bike.

I have seen a MV Agusta F4 CC in the flesh priced at £79,999. Pricey, but a lot of nice detailing and expensive materials went into building each of the hundred they built. It's also lighter and more powerful than the F4 312R, so an autobahn run would be interesting!

I wouldn't set a limit on how much I would spend on a bike, if I want it and can afford it I'll buy it, but I do like a bargain and I hate paying full price for anything!

The Y2K's proberly the most expensive, few hundred thousand IIRC, if i had the money to spare i would, but i doubt thats ever going to happen Razz 0-200mph in about 12 secs i think.

Are you talking real world bikes like Panriders or the fantasy exotica crap mentioned above?

Most I have spent was just over £10k on the GS, but if a bikes worth it then I don't mind.

That trike that Billy Connolly used in his austraila tv show went on ebay for 50k i think. Thats the most expensive bike i've seen so far.

Unless you add the choppers they build in Orange County Choppers. Don't even wanna know how much they go for Razz

I think this subject can go in so many different ways, We all see these cars on TV like the Zonda and RR, They are either built for luxury or pure speed. And the price tags go through the roof.
As bikers we have shown we don't have any need for the luxury to the extent of the Rolls, What about speed, You can argue the Busa is fast enough.
I like the pics of the bikes with the rotary radials but would you want to ride one and get the fuel tank, Will it hold enough fuel to start the bike Wink or is it a plane with out its wings
The dearest Bike I have bought was the Suzuki Intruder for my ex-wife, I think with its kit it was about 8k, What would I spend, If money was no object? what the owner wanted for the bike I really want but up to now I am not really sure what I really want.
At the mo I am happy with my 5k Hyosung

I saw an MV Agusta F4 for 80k yesterday at a bike expo in Barcelona. I'll tell you all about the expo later, but the bike was bloody gorgeous, almost all of it carbon fibre.
Also saw some actual gp bikes which were probably more expensive XD, and got autographs from Bautista and Faubel

13k on the GSA.

I'm... not going to be buying anything else for a while. Thankfully that's probably about as ridiculous as I can go on a "normal" bike.

How can it be the most expensive production bike when it isn't even in production??

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.
