Just wondering if Yamaha Main Dealers have Diagnostic machines that plug straight into a bike to pin point a problem straight away ?

My bike won't start and my small bike shop is telling me it's probably the Alarm/Immobiliser that is causing the problem and wants to cut into my wiring loom etc!
The bike turns over but won't start, I'm not even getting that fuel pump noise when you first turn the key.
When the Immobiliser is on, I normally get nothing at all.

My bike is a 04 R6 and my alarm is a META 357T- V2
