Hey wish me luck guys & girls,

I have 2 fast for 6 hours today as part of my medical research program

I don't think i've ever not eaten for more than 3 hrs (except @ night).

At college, i normally only eat one meal in the evening, as the food is just minging, and thats about the minimum i can get by on

This a college research or something?

I once had to fast for a physiology experiment. Unfortunately i kind of "forgot" . When i told the tutor he gave me a bollocking - for having my lunch!

good luck with the fasting mate six hous isnt too long, u just need something to keep ya busy. I managed to go over a day with food (although i did take in loads of fluids) this week. course i have got the flu and a very bad throat infection

I know this sounds extreme, but when i was in the height of dieting last year I was stopping myself from eating sometimes for 2 days on a trot, not purposely, but by accident from not realising and I ended losing 3 stone in 1 year cool A!!

Hmmm, read thier website, and its very nice money, but im not gonna be doing, it cos basically, you sign your health away to them

They are trying to find, amoung other things, " How much can be taken without any undesirable side-effects."
