Oh my god. What have you done to a modern classic? FFS the frame and swinging arm are even black.

I guess that's why I had to hunt for ages to find a standard one - too many amateur "street fighters" making them look and go worse than standard.

I wouldn't say £800 for a hacked about J/K model is cheap - I only paid £1100 for a clean standard M with the long stroke engine and USD forks.

Everyone that saw it (with taste) wanted it. Not many would recognise it immediately...

I knar im riding a frigging gs500e which is older than me, and i wouldn't say no to a busa if i had the chance, but i hate the lines on them...

i think its a cool bike, and feels far better to ride than what they do as standard ,and in my eyes in starndard they are friggin ugly, you get the purists, but fuck'em
i'd rather have a comfortable fighter, than a prissy plastic bike with bad ergonomics any day of the week, including the weekend


the only thing that was letting downs pauls fighter was the lights... which ive now sorted (not my bike, but am looking after it while a friend is in south africa building huts for the natives )

the only thing that needs doing now is jacking up the rear slightly
ill try and get on to that today
