In kevin and perry go large is eye ball paul aka Rhys Ifans a welsh man?

I know he is in real life but is he a welsh man in the film?

Yay or nay to settle a row and karma will be dished.

That's a tough one. I'm gonna have to go with English as I'm sure his accent is different in the film to other productions I've seen him in. Haven't seen kevin and perry for a while though.

I think he puts a Northern, possibly Manchester, accent on for that film. The Welsh accent wouldn't play to the character, and the only word I can picture him saying is 'TWAT!' and it's not very Welsh. He is cast as Welsh in just about every other film he's been in though, except the 51st State, which I think he's Liverpudlian in.

He's a northerener in the film, click me, and in terms of him being a piss take out of a real DJ, all I know is his name is based on a guy called 'Tall Paul.'
