I've been after one of these for ages but don't really have the money at the minute - maybe in a week or so....

I got one sent from a breakers but they didn't have the fixing kit and powerbronze quoted £90 for the bits needed. If the CB kit will fit the GS, then it's worth it to me but if not then it may cost near the price of a new one anyway - I'll give them a ring on monday and ask them.

It'll be in Powerbronze best interests to try and flog you another bracket set I reckon... be devious and say you're looking to purchase a whole fairing kit with a view to swapping it between your CB and your GS for some cunning reason... if they think the sale of the whole kit rests on the answer, they might be honest about whether it's the same kit Smile

Personally, i can't see the difference in a CB front end and a GS front end being very significant... the most you should need is the bit that comes forward from the frame and holds the big square piece on - that may well need to be a different length from bike to bike.

See what they say anyway

yeah - I can't see it being that different if at all. I'll try the cunning question - it's a good idea mi' dear!
