Thankfully, he is alright, apart from the pain of binning yet another Alstare Corona replica GSXR, well he tells me there was only 499 ever made (don't know if that is true...).
He wrote one of last year in spectacular style, and with the proceeding insurance money, bought another and this one...

He was following a car and looked away (at what I don't know), when he looked back the car had stopped for something and he tried to emergency stop, his newly fitted pads and fluid reflesh bit instantly and locked, sending him down with a thud, sliding into the rear of the car. Kind of humiliating to happen at such a low speed, especially opposite a big junction entrance with a pub full of people [:I]
Thing is, he was on his way for a new MOT (MOT expired earlier today I think), and the bloke is getting his car "checked over" despite there being f all damage, so I wonder how that will work with the insurance company should he claim. ____________________ Suzuki GSX-R750K4 ~ Mivv GP |

If the MOT appointment was booked in advance you've got nothing to worry about as it's perfectly legal to ride to and from MOT tests.
Unlucky on the accident though, such a shame to have suffered to much damage at a low speed. |
