MP's expenses

How if the government are in such trouble money wise, can they be justified in spending 'funds' to these amounts on their homes?

MPs expenses are a drop in the ocean tbh, still doesn't mean that they can spent it like they do.

Gordo had Sky TV paid for by the tax payer how can you justify that?

Also that there was no overwatch so they take as much out as they want Chamapagne socialism at its worst.

The problem is lack of overwatch and that the money is considered to be somebody elses and not theirs.

Hence councils sign huge cheques with stamps as the money isn't theirs , my bosses want justification for most expenses we claim , we need to provide receipts for everything , as it is THEIR money we are spending in a way, and as such we need similar things happening in government , ie justification for the way money is spent.

Which is why I've said MPs are almost universally unqualified to be MPs, if we replaced MPs with engineers economists etc it'd work nice and dandy.

Hence the stupid tax hike on sprits recently which will cause a fall in consumption and a drop in revenues , any economist can tell you that , instead we have a current PM who has never worked a proper job (he has a history degree, and was parachuted into a cush old boys job same with Blair).

"Yet another moaning goverment thread..."... Perhaps, but it's relevant and in the correct section. They have just under two more years to claim all they can. And people wonder why Broon and his broon-nosers are seemingly nonchalant despite their lack of popularity.

Don't worry, it seems that MP's want to give themselves a £23k allowance so that they don't have to answer to the great unwashed when it comes to their expenses.

So after already giving themselves higher than inflation pay rises, they cvnts want another £23k a year to blow on whatever the fuck they like with no comebacks.
