having to mill aerox crankcase for 70cc bore????????

right i am round my mates and he has a problem with his new 70cc bore kit for it now the bore is the malossi mhr team 2 and we just looked on scooter attack and it says the crankcase has to be milled so that the bore skirts will fit what does this mean and involve?

It probably means the big hole in the crankcases the liner extends into isn't big enough so it needs to be milled out.
