I saw the qualifying today, and rossis lid is genius. Saw him tucked in to the tank on the start finish straight, and there is the cheeky italian monkey staring at you from the crown of his lid! Excellent! Smile

That guy is genius. That face on his lid kinda reminds me of Stevo's tattoo which is why i found it hillarious. I know every man and his dog loves rossi, but with a face like that, who wouldnt!

In case you don't want to click a link to Londonbikers site, here's one from MotoGP official one:

What's wrong with London bikers? I find their news on racing and photos of latest events very informative - anything from the latest bike launches to cool products, certainly a good alternative to MCN in my opinion.

Just because the forum lot all hate you. Laughing

For the record it was the first place I saw it, and after a cursory trawl of the net it was the best few images available at the time.

Have to say that the Mrs and I were giggling like schoolgirls every time they zoomed in on it while he was tucked in on the start/finish straight. Brilliant design. Cool

That video made me giggle, it looked like a rossi shaped baby emerging out of the cervix as the labia is prised open lol! Plop out through the vagina and there's rossi! Wink

I can imagine that would also be the pose rossi would strike if i substituted my helmet for HIS helmet in my avatar pic! lol

No, only about three of them, but they're the noisy ones who everybody thinks are great. Playground bullies, nothing more, who revel in PMing people, including women, telling them their days are numbered and they will be sorted out, and actually trying to ride them off the road. Regular heroes...

im guessing it has the same perpose as nakanos helmet, so when they are on the main straight with their head down and behind the screens you will just be able to see rossis face Very Happy
or the eyes on nakano`s helmet.

My lid (nakano) with a black visor spooks people out sometimes, especially when I'm tucked down. But that rossi lid is classic - what are the bets on Hein Gericke getting a limited run of 500 mugello lids in 6 months- 1 years time?

The guys doing the MotoGP commentary said that is what his face looks like when he slams on the Ancors at 205mph. Laughing

To be fair if you were in the race and you actually saw it coming then laughing would quite possibly be the furthest thing from your mind Shocked

Seeing that its on the front of his lid, the only people who would see it would be spectators.
