I saw the qualifying today, and rossis lid is genius. Saw him tucked in to the tank on the start finish straight, and there is the cheeky italian monkey staring at you from the crown of his lid! Excellent!

im guessing it has the same perpose as nakanos helmet, so when they are on the main straight with their head down and behind the screens you will just be able to see rossis face

My lid (nakano) with a black visor spooks people out sometimes, especially when I'm tucked down. But that rossi lid is classic - what are the bets on Hein Gericke getting a limited run of 500 mugello lids in 6 months- 1 years time?
